PC WORX Target for Simulink

PC WORX Target for Simulink allows for the automatic conversion of Simulink models into device-specific code for Phoenix Contact controllers. Executable code is compatible with remote field (RFC) and Axioline controllers (AXC). The software is provided as an add-on to the integrated development environments PC WORX and PC WORX Engineer. MATLAB and Simulink are not included with the PC WORX Target add-on. PLCnext Technology is supported as well, in order to take advantage of the open platform for limitless automation.

Using Model-Based Design and the simulation capabilities of Simulink, PC WORX Target for Simulink ensures a structured model implementation for Phoenix Contact PLCs. Executable code is generated automatically. With straightforward import functionality and configuration options, the model can be executed simultaneously with standard PLC code. With PLCnext Technology, Simulink can even be deployed with other high-level programming languages under real-time conditions. The parameters of the model can be monitored and optimized during execution via Simulink external mode, enabling maximum performance of your application.
