Description
SINUS Measurement Toolbox for use with MATLAB® provides a unified interface from MATLAB to a variety of SINUS hardware. Various types of applications are possible, from direct experimentation via the MATLAB command window to embedded applications compiled for execution in special-purpose systems. Example applications are also delivered (with source code), and may be used as templates and freely modified. The example applications not only provide a starting-point for programming with SMT, but can also be used for hardware configuration and data monitoring, acquisition, and conversion.
Engineers and software developers who acquire and process data can use advanced features of the SMT, to control SINUS hardware comfortably from the MATLAB command line or compiled applications. Except for the device drivers and a few auxiliary functions, the toolbox itself is implemented in MATLAB.
