After opening matlab, I have found a message -"Matlab license will expire in 49 days. Please contact your system administrator or Mathworks to renew this license"... but I installed it's free version 3 years ago. then why I have to pay now to get it? Is this software does not run after 49 days or it shows any other meaning which I don't understand? please help me what I have to do to get it free .....

The only "free" MATLAB there has ever been, has been copies given away as prizes for Mathworks contests.
Many years ago there was an early MATLAB, somewhere around 4.0, that was included with a Prentice-Hall book -- but that was not free either as you had to buy the book.
23-Sep-2017 + 49 days = 11-Nov-2017. While there is no "free" versions of Matlab, there is a cracked license, which works until this date. And you ask about it in the public Matlab forum. Well.
can i useded in matlab trial software with free

If you got a free 30 day trial version, then it's free for 30 days. They figure that's enough time for you to figure out if it will work for you. If your version was installed 3 years ago, then it won't work and you'll have to ask The Mathworks if they'll give you another 30 day version.
If you got a free version from your university, like the R2014 version my son got from his university, then you'll have to contact your university about their rules for installing it.

Hi Arnab,
This occurs when your MATLAB license file is set to expire for one of several possible reasons. Simply re-activate MATLAB if you still have a valid license. I have attached a link below to our article that explains this message and resolution.
Why do I receive a message that MATLAB will expire in XX days?
