As the technical expert for the account team, you will collaborate with Application Engineers, Development, Marketing, and Sales to deliver exceptional support to our customers. Your role will be instrumental in helping customers identify their crucial technical and business challenges and support their adoption of MathWorks' innovative tools.

Verantwortlichkeiten

  • Create and execute account development plans in collaboration with an Account Manager, other technical specialists, and marketing stakeholders at MathWorks.
  • Engage with potential customers, from engineers to executives, to understand their workflow challenges and recommend solutions that hit the mark.
  • Design and deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations that spotlight how MathWorks tools can help customers overcome their technical and business challenges.
  • Team up with other technical specialists to cater to customer needs in specialized application areas.
  • Advocate for the future direction of MathWorks products based on your customer requirements.
  • Identify new application areas and collaborate with development and marketing to craft persuasive messaging and demonstrations.

Mindestqualifikationen

  • Proficiency with MATLAB
  • A bachelor's degree and 6 years of professional work experience (or a master's degree and 3 years of professional work experience, or a PhD degree, or equivalent experience) is required.

Zusätzliche Qualifikationen

  • Experience in electronics or semiconductor industries
  • Experience with analog/mixed-signal, audio system development, or FPGA/ASIC/SoC development
  • Demonstrated ability to influence internal development processes
  • Technical sales experience is a plus
  • Experience with machine/deep learning is a plus
