Plotting a straight line in 3D

How do I plot a straight line when I have a point on the straight line, and the direction vector of the straight line.

The direction vector is

N = [3.018342517751174e-06, -3.415884156624327e-06, 2.700404288710542e-04]

The point on straight line is

P = [-3.211497038605045, 1.913034209510885, 0]
