Simulation stopped due to size overflow error?

My Simulation stopped due to size overflow error on dimension 2:upper bound is 50, but actual size is 51.Enable debugging to pinpoint the location of the error. So, please help me how to remove this error in my simulation.

Since no info is provided about model, basic debugging tip is to display signal dimensions while simulating the model, so that you can identify which signal is causing error.
