This is a strange thread. 4 users mention the same problem, but no one explains, which Matlab version is concerned. Mathworks offers a free installation support and I'm sure the first 3 posters are not waiting for an answer until today. But nobody has posted, how the problem was solved.

Please explain exactly, what you are doing. Consider to contact Mathworks and please post the solution here.
