It disconnects when I press on "Get Matlab"

Hello, when I press on "Get Matlab" it disconnects from my account and whn I go back to home page it logs in again. I tried to download matlab on my computer and it worked, but on my laptop don't. It's my personal laptop and I am logged with student account.
