Hello, I tried to build a simbiology model by importing model components from an excel file. In the excel file, there are 519 reactions and 267 species. I imported the name, value, Reaction, ReactionRate from the excel file to generate the model. While importing, the Diagram error, [object Object], is poped up. The message is too short, so it's very difficult to find out the reason. Could you explain when this message appears?

Hi Hi I am using SimBiology a lot and think that it is a great module, I use the diagram feature to build my models. I would like to create a graphical user interface there you can use the diagram feature (ad species, reaction and compartments) in the gui, is this possible?

Hi, Is it possible using Simbiology to save/export the diagram layout for use in a different sbproj file? I have a Simbiology model file that has no layout information, and a different version of the same model file that I have manually positioned. Is it possible to export just the layout positions of the objects in a Simbiology model diagram so that I can apply the positioning to different sbproj files that are currently using automatic layout? Thanks for your help. [currently running Matlab R2017a, Windows x64]

Is it possible to change the default properties of a SimBiology diagram? e.g. arrow widths, font size in blocks, etc. Related: is it possible to change these properties in an existing diagram all at once?

I have a SimBiology model that is 50% ODEs, and 50% Repeated Assignment Rules (i.e. functional relationships). Aside from differentiating them all wrt to time, is there anyway to include variables/parameters that are defined by repeated assignment in the SimBiology diagram?
