Defining coordinate system into GUI.

%I have excel files which contain xyz coordinates. I wanna create and define coordinate system in GUI environment. When I input these coordinates with xlsread I wanna view these points into the coordinate system related to each other.

coordinate_file=[245676.867 455867.76 344564.43;344777.67 233565.45 366788.00] %as matrix form for 2 points for example

The question is not clear. What exactly do you mean by "coordinate system"? What about letting "plot3" draw a 3D-line?
