make a matrix from a structure field.

I have a stucture with field ch_nme2 which has 1x1780 doubles. How to make a (i x 1780) matrix from that structure where i = number of cells in the ch_nme2.

For example, how to make 9x1780 matrix from the following field of the stucture. Thanks in advance.
