There is no chance for the readers to guess, which file format is called ".19d". Where did you get these data from? Which software did create it? How does the contents of the file look like if you open it in a text editor?

Thanks for quick attention. I got the data from Sonel GPS. When I opened wit text editor, it got mixed up. I am sure of the software that created it.

The readers of the forum cannot have this knowledge also. So ask the person who gave you the files.

It appears that it might be a GNSS RINEX file for station TRNG in New Zealand, recorded on the 165th day of 2019. https://support.oxts.com/hc/en-us/articles/115003212489-RINEX-files-and-differential-corrections-in-post-processing

Yes it is GNSS RINEX file for station TRNG in New Zealand for the date. I found this details later after checking through the textfile. Thanks for this.
