there are plenty of matlab ressources available to start with - like Matlab On Ramp
MATLAB Onramp - MATLAB & Simulink Tutoriel (mathworks.com)
long time ago when I was young, I used to store some of the most used tutorials
here a copy of it (attached)

Read the Getting Started chapters of the documentation and Matlab's Onramp. For details feel free to ask here in the forum. The members of this forum act as tutors. You get advice here for free from some professionals, who would charge > 150 US$ per hour for a job with a contract.
