How to obtain numerical values of displacement due to deformation?

Hi, I am solving a simple FEA problem for a rod, see below:
The rod is bent due to a force appled to the top vertex, the bottom face is fixed.
I want to obtain displacement of the centreline of the rod, or displacement of the centres of the mesh elements - whatever is possible to get. In other words, by how much is the top face displaced from the z axis?
