How to convert video into audio filles

How to convert a video file to audio file so that i can recognise the word command in video file can anyone give a hint how can i acchive that i am beigneer so please if possible some code will be really helpfull

It sounds as if you might have a video file that has text, and you want to recognize the text (OCR, Optical Character Recognition) and convert the text to audio (Text to Speech), and write the result to an audio file. Is that correct?

I would not consider that a project suitable for a beginner. The tools for OCR are not difficult if you have Computer Vision Toolbox, but the easy Text to Speech is by using third-party APIs like IBM or Microsoft to create speech -- and that process usually outputs to the speaker instead of to memory (or file.)

Actually i have to recognise a word in video and get that particular frame of video as image

? So is this a case where the person says a word, and you do speech recognition, and you do OCR on each frame of the video to locate the words in it, and you find the frame that matches what the person said, and display the frame?
