Variable rate loan example

I have spent hours searching for help in file exchange for sample code that calculates variable rate loan values. I have posted on the community site and I get no response at all. Can you help me or get someone to help me?

Can you help us help you? For example, by providing an equation, some sample inputs, or anything at all? Or do you want to use urlread() to try to obtain the current rate from some web site? By the way, what is "the community site" if it's not this Answers forum?
