What does it mean for frequency to be divided by angular direction, or radial direction?

I suggest you read the paper. I haven't read it, nor do I have time to read it, and then explain it to you, even if it did interest me. There are lots of things I'd like to study but I don't even have time for all of them, much less a topic that I don't really need. Sorry, but unless it's like 5 minutes or less, I can't do much. A 13 page complicated paper doesn't fit into that 5 minute category.

Likewise, I seldom bother to read papers when the Question is so unclear.
When Questions are clearer but might be missing explaining a term, I do sometimes skim papers, looking just for that one little bit of information, but often not bothering to try to understand the parts before or after.
Sometimes a Question sounds interesting enough that I am willing to spend a fair bit more time... if I am in the mood... if I am not tired... if I do not have a good book to read... if I am not engaged in one of my other activities... if I have already cleaned my mailbox of the 200 or so spam/scam messages I receive every day... if I don't hear any chocolate calling my name...
