Coursera machine learning submission error 'wrong e-mail and token'

I've been working on machine learning week 2 assignment on coursera and trying to submit but failing again and again.
It said I use wrong e-mail and token even I checked it's correct.
It also told me it cant find ./lib/jsonlab on path
How can I do that?
