How to write a code for plotting scattering angle vs intensity of 5µm bead size

Hi im currently working on a project that requires me to generate the particle size distribution via scattering images that is collected from a machine, the beads diameter ranges from 3um to 15um. Can anyone guide me on how do i start writing the code for plotting the graph for scattering angle vs intensity? To add on, I'm suppose to do a distribution for 1000-2000 images per size, eg. 5um diameter, i have 1000-2000 images to plot a graph and see the distribution and compare it with other size beads.
