how can i show the plotsomhits, plotsompos to the main form of the layer

i am making a program that describe the clustering of demographic data at my country, i have made the clustering and the map, one thing i want to ask is how to show the plotsomhits, plotsompos into the layer where the map have, please help me, my program deadline is two days more :(
