Computing Dice Similarity Coefficient for segmentation image

As part of my dissertation, I used ITK Snap and 3D slicer to perform image segmentation and find tumour volume. My aim is to find the similarity between ITK Snap and 3D slicer by using the Dice Similarity Co-efficient.

I would like to find a matlab code of the Dice Similarity Co-efficient where I will insert the volume of the tumour produced by each software,
