Find where two vectors differ by a threshold

Hi,

I would like to compare the values stored in a vector with each values stored in another vector of different length and find where the first vector is equal within a threshold to the selected values of the second vector. For example

a=[2.2 2.4 2.1]

b=[2.12 2.38]

I would like to find what values of a are equal within a threshold to each element of b.
