turbp product encoding method

hello, can anyone please help me with matlab code of turbo product encoding because the code (tpcenc) doesn't work on my matlab version so i need the full method code

OK, but if someone doesn't happen to have that very specific program (have you tried the File Exchange?), you'll have to write it yourself and then we can help you with your code. Have you started yet? (Because we're not going to write it for you but you can hire someone to if it's really important to you.) You forgot to post the code you need help with.
