how to plot 8 bit data which is receiving from FPGA by UART?

I have interfaced ADC TO fpga Board and 8 bit data is sending to MATLAB by UART protocol .

Now I want to plot that analog Signal wave to the MATLAB ?

how to plot analog signal ? hoq to define x, y axis ?
