Full version of Matlab

Hello, my school recentrly purchased matlab for its students. I purchased matlab using my school email about a year ago (before they had bought matlab for all the students) and I am wondering how would I go around to upgrade to the full version purchased by my school.

I am not asking to get my money refunded I just want to get the full version of matlab

There are a couple links of interest.

First, you can obtain access details for your campus-wide iicense here. Once you complete and submit the form, support will verify and then email you the info you need to access MATLAB.

If you are not able to get the info you need from there, best is to contact your school IT as was suggested. See this link.
