labelling multiple images at once by rgb

Can Anyone please help me in labelling my images (1000) based on r g b ?or is it possible to directly label them while applying deep learning for rgb class if so can any one help?

rgb2ind(RGB,Q) can be used to index an RGB image with Q colors.
