call matlab exe file in java

i have a java program and it call matlab exe file ,but i have a problem in run time it is so so slow . i need a help in how to make this faster, i will be grateful for any help thank u in adw..

Sometimes MATLAB executables take a long time to load, particularly the first time you've ever run them when they have to extract all the stuff in them. I don't know of any way to speed it up.
