How to calculate the Gaussian Weight in matlab for ith pixels of an image ?

What is the gaussain weight

? is it the gaussian distriibution function ?

what is the meaning of the ith pixles region of an image ? is it the row ?

I have no idea. What's the context? Why do you think every pixel in an image even HAS a Gaussian weight associated with it? In general, they DON'T.
