How to increment cluster value at specific position?

hello dear...!

i have some problem kindly help me...

how i'll do this if i have 6x3matrix values and one label 6x1matrix, so If any value at specific Row and Col is 1 in a specific cluster so inrement cluster value at that position...thanks in advance

M2 = xlsread('Mat.xlsx');

disp(M2);

act_label= xlsread('Cluster.xlsx');

disp(act_label);

....?

M2_Neg = ~(M2);

disp(M2_Neg);

im trying to run 'information gain technique' for Feature selection ,,,so

i have in 'Mat.xlsx' 6row and 3 column

and

in 'Cluster.xlsx' 6row and 1 column

so here the next step is that ( if any value at specific Row and Column is =1 in a specific Cluster, so increment Cluster value at that position )...i need just a hint of code for this next step .... thnx
