How to do a summation of slides?

I am looking for help in sum of pixels from sliding window in a picture. The point is, I already have a sliding window it shows number of pixels for one slide but then it moves and changes for another number, and I need sum of all slides. Please help. I asked this before but I made it unclear for people who wanted to help me and I'm still stucked with my problem.

It is quite dubios what you are trying to say but if I understood a little correctly you may try

temp = [];
for i = 1:length(iteration)
temp = [temp pixels];
end
summationR= sum(temp,2); % If you want to sum corresponding pixels use dimension parameter or just sum(temp)
