A capacitor formed by two square metal cylinders

I need to create a 3D capacitor which is made by 2 nested different square metal cylinders. I don't have any idea to create 3D capacitor. Shown in figure:1.jpg
I found and modified a code for 2D capacitor but nothing helpful.
