Change image title (in Windows OS Title Bar)

In my code I am creating images and displaying them to the screen with imshow. I would like to change the title that is shown in the Windows OS title; i.e. on the task bar it would not say "Figure 1", but 'foo'.

Is this possible? I did the looking up help files and I can change the title of the image, but not what the taskbar shows, etc.
