I want to use NTG to achieve time synchronization of multiple computers in the LAN. I want to ask if NTG will affect the tcp communication between the server and the client in the LAN?aprricating if you have any idea or advice.

NTP uses UDP at the transport layer, not TCP.
I'm not sure I understand the question. NTP is fairly lightweight, so it's not going to use much bandwidth but obviously it's going to reduce slightly the bandwidth available for any other communication including anything over TCP.

Wikipedia: "NTP can usually maintain time to within tens of milliseconds over the public Internet, and can achieve better than one millisecond accuracy in local area networks under ideal conditions. Asymmetric routes and network congestion can cause errors of 100 ms or more."
This suggests to me that the answer to your question is probably that you will not be able to achieve your aims, as chances are that your system is not ideal enough to be consistently accurate to the millisecond level.
In a rather small lan with quality equipment, it just might be good enough. But if your lan is small enough then perhaps a different approach might be appropriate, such as a dedicated time synchronization wire, perhaps together with some Time Domain Reflectometry.
