I don't see a question, so have fun!
You'll probably be using either scatter3() or plot3() - they'll both do it.

one point works with scatter3, but how do I do two points?

Pass vectors into scatter3 as the coordinate inputs rather than passing scalars. Run the example "Create 3-D Scatter Plot" on the scatter3 documentation page and look at the size of x, y, and z. There are as many markers in that scatter3 plot as there are elements in x, y, and z.
