Variable 3-way Proportional Control Valve flow rate and pressure drop

I have a datasheet for a 3 way proportional control valve that lists the proportion of flow out of each outlet based off of the opening angle of the valve and then lists the pressure drop through each branch as a function of flow rate. I am trying to create a block that will replicate the flow and pressure drop of this 3 way proportional control valve. Is there a way to do this or a pre-made block that will accomplish this?

I would recommend using the parameter estimation workflow. You'll like need the Optimization Toolbox and the Simulink Design Optimization for that.
