How can I extract or estimate crack region from a segmented image?

I have segmented an image using global threshold. The image is shown below.
In the first image, the crack region is labelled as 2 (Green color) and in the second image the crack image is labelled as 1 (blue color). How can I estimate or extract the crack region in matlab?
