Hi. I have found out the maximas and minimas in a wavelet domain signal and now I have to remove the redundancy by finding if in the neighborhood (120 ms) of a positive maximum, there are two negative minima. How can I incorporate this time constraint?

Share some data and the relevant code you've used so far?
Assuming you used max(...) and min(...), they each will output indices of max and min values. These indices should be applicable to your time vector; then a simple subtraction gives you the time constraint.

If you have the Image Processing Toolbox, you can use regionprops() to find the positive maxima location (peak, centroid, start, stop, etc.) and then do something if you find two maxima within a certain distance of each other. Attach your signal (in a .mat file with the paper clip icon) and parameter values (time per element, etc.) if you still need help.
