matlab reopening for every script

I installed MATLAB recently. I have some MATLAB scripts. If I open any script, every time MATLAB is opening a new instance from the beginning: launching, initializing, etc. How I do I open just the script, and launch a new instance of script+MATLAB each time from the beginning?

What exactly does "when I open any script" means? How do you open them? By a double click in the file explorer of the OS? Which OS? Which Matlab version?
