hi every body. I want create a tranfer function like this

              s + a
    Fnc =  ---------
             s^2 + b
    - a,b aren't symbol or string. (a,b) is the coefficient of (s).

    - Fnc can ( + , - ) with another tranfer function.
    - please help me if you can

i did tried pretty, str2num to declared a,b but faile. i think we need declare a,b with double array type and use command ( tf ) to create Fnc
