How can I use mat file in matlab function ?

I have a mat file which has 21 different strcuts. I need to use them in my function however I cannot load or reach them from workspace. How can I solve this? Thanks in advance.

Try this:

storedStructure = load('yourMatFileName.mat')

Attach the .mat file with the paper clip icon if you still have trouble.
