Which Cluster algorithms can I use when I have a Pairwise Distance Matrix?

HI,

I applied Dynamic Time Warping to my data and as a result I have a Pairwise Distance Matrix. Which Cluster algorithms can I use with that?

I tried hierarchical clustering with the functions "linkage" and "cluster". Is there any other possibility like K-NN?
