Too vague. This question gets asked all the time here. But you need to say more.
Two functions, of a single variable x? Two curves, represented only as points? Two PICTURES of curves? Single valued relations, or nasty implicit functions?
The point is, BE CLEAR, at least if you want an answer that does not force you to explain what you really needed anyway. Then we need to make repeat tries at an answer.

To find the intersection points of two curves using MATLAB, you can follow these steps:
a)first define the equations representing the two curves.
b)create a range of values for the independent variable(x) over which you want to find the intersection points.
c)Evaluate the two curves at each point using the defined equations in the range you have created.
d)Then find the indices where the values of the two curves have opposite signs. These indices indicate the approximate locations of the intersection points
e)you can use interpolation numerical method to analyze the intersection points for higher accuracy
Hope it will help you
~Thanks
