internal error:incorrect file

After double clicking on the Verified Results ...Polyspace is not showing the results ...instead it is telling "INTERNAL ERROR:INCORRECT FILE Please contact Mathworks.com

what has happened actually? how to overcome this issue?

In your request, please attach the verification log, the error that you see could be related to the way the results were generated.
