I used adaptive threshold. I would like to count all objects in this image.

Which things are considered "objects"? Can you get rid of the grid? Or at least are they in the same location in each image so we can mask it out?
You can't really do much with this image. You jpegged the heck out of it. Never use JPG images for image analysis. Post the PNG version if you have one.
