can not install winSDK

i use matlab 2015a in window7.i uninstalled Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 x64 Redistributable,but i still can not install sdk.
do i miss somethings?

https://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/answers/95039-why-does-the-sdk-7-1-installation-fail-with-an-installation-failed-message-on-my-windows-system i did what the website said,but still can not be installed. do i miss somethings that should be uninstalled software ?error will be this

i checked the sdksetup log and the problems described below.

下午 03:41:33 2016年11月18日: C:\Program Files\Microsoft SDKs\Windows\v7.1\Setup\SFX\vcredist_x86.exe installation failed with return code 5100.
but there is no Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 x86 (my system is 64bit).
