how to use simulated annealing algorithm(SA) to optimize the weights and threshold values of back-propagation artificial neural network(BP ANN)?

I want to use simulated annealing algorithm(SA) to optimize the weights and threshold values of back-propagation artificial neural network(BP ANN).In other words,I hope that the optimized BP ANN by SA can avoid optimal solution plunge into the local minimum. I am new in MATLAB .I have write a MATLAB code and try to run it,however,it does'nt work.Can anyone provide me the code to solve this problem. thank you and best regards.
