Answers is not here to write your code. That you have a tight deadline merely says that you should start working on things in a timely manner.

I have gone through the File Exchange and tagged everything that looked power bus related with the tag ieee bus.

I know the tag is not technically true for some of what I tagged, but I do not know enough about power systems to figure out which submissions the tag is blatantly wrong for -- and this way at least there is one consistent tag for them. If someone is feeling energetic then going through and re-tagging the 200+ power systems related contributions would be a service to the community.

In any case, mohamed almihat all that is available is what is in the File Exchange, unless you want to spend a few hours with Google Search. I did not observe any fault analysis related contributions, so you should probably just grab the contribution to read the standard IEEE bus data files, and then start writing code.
