Implement Contrast enhancement using an INT-Operator from fuzzy theory

Hello, I want implemented ' Contrast enhancement using an INT-Operator from fuzzy theory ' . We have membership function (I attached two photo from this MF ). But how can fuzzification and Defuzzification ? because only work with fuzzy GUI in matlab and i don't know how programming fuzzification , membership function and Defuzzification. Could you give me one example from the same it? Thanks
