Comparing result with Excel file

Hello, I am fikhri izwan. Currently I am undergo a project using Matlab 2015a. My progress currently is at comparing result from an operation I did with an Excel file.

For my problem is like below: *******************************

Ratio=1.6262;

Data=xlsread('BodyData.xlsx');

If isequal(Ratio,Data)

fprintf('Athlete Type')

****************************

Even the value of Ratio is equal with the Data, still it cannot display 'Athlete Type'.

Can you suggest to me solutions or any coding example for my problem.

For my problem, like this:

Ratio=1.6262;

If ismember(Ratio,Data)
fprintf('Athlete Type')
****************************

Even the result from Ratio is equal with the database, still it cannot display the 'Athlete Type'. Is there any mistake in my coding or any miss syntax.
