Does our license entitle us to use of online matlab? How do we instruct students to create an account?

I see that in order to create an online matlab account I need to provide the activation key from our license. I purchase the software through our central campus software licensing group and have a 10-client network classroom license, one research client license and five dedicated research licenses. Does that entitle us to use 10 concurrent online matlab instances for students? I don't want to give our activation key to students. Do you have a mechanism for handling that?

You're best off asking licensing questions to the Mathworks directly, rather than the user community (most of whom are not Mathworks company officials).

You can contact the technical support of MathWorks. There is a install and licensing support team dedicated in assisting on these issues.
